Ideally, please use our online enquiry service, providing us with some details of the nature of your enquiry. Your privacy will be fully respected.
We are not contactable by mobile as when not in the office we are either driving, carrying out surveys or with clients.
If we are unable to answer the telephone, you will be transferred to our answering service or the BT 1571 service. It is our aim to return any calls/messages left before the end of the day, up to 7pm, with the exception of Thursday.
Where circumstances dictate, and it is not possible to return your call the same day, then we will endeavour to telephone you before 11am the following day.
As we are not fully staffed on Thursdays, it is not always possible to keep the telephone manned. In general, any messages left on our answering service on a Thursday will be responded to on Friday am.
